Médecins Sans Frontières, an international medical humanitarian association created in 1971, provides medical assistance to populations whose lives are threatened: mainly in the event of armed conflicts, but also of epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters or exclusion from care. The French section is present in some thirty countries.

As a replacement, we are looking for a Project Manager Rewards Review.

Mission

As Project Manager for OCP’s Rewards Review, you will support the HRD in monitoring this international project which aims to redefine the policies and tools that define compensation and benefits for the movement’s staff. You will be responsible for the proper communication and implementation of the steps necessary to implement the project for OCP.

You will be particularly responsible for disseminating and facilitating internal information to and consultation with the project stakeholders. In particular, you will ensure that there is a regular and sustained social dialogue with employees and staff representatives (Social and Economic Committee), in accordance with a change management action plan that you will have drawn up beforehand.

You will work in close functional relationship with the OCP Comp&Ben manager and the remuneration policy referent for national staff in the field, within the so-called POT (Policies and Field Tools) team.

Main activities:

Actively support the international Rewards Review project for OCP:

  • Be the Rewards Review referent for OCP (mastering the content of the project, its objectives, deliverables, mobilized means, deadlines) and the focal point for the HR and Operations departments,
  • Follow in real time the progress of the project and prepare OCP’s contribution to the international platforms,
  • Ensure good understanding and ownership of the project by the HR teams and the good functioning of the project relays within MSF.
  • To communicate regularly on the project to OCP employees, via existing tools (intranet, newsletters, e-mailings, webinars) and following a regularly updated communication plan, and to feed the project with staff contributions,
  • Organize the consultation of employees, via the CSE for the Headquarters staff and the international mobile staff of OCP, and through the Operations for the national staff.

Define and deploy the change management associated with the implementation of the expected deliverables:

  • Participate in the promotion of the changes and evolutions planned in the policies to the internal, Headquarters and field audiences
  • Anticipate the necessary adaptations in terms of organisation and tools (HRIS), the financial impacts and be a force for proposal for the change strategy.

To be responsible for monitoring and steering the progress of the project for OCP:

  • Analyze its activity and produce a report
  • Follow up on the budget

You will work in a hierarchical link with OCP’s HRD and functionally with the HR teams at Headquarters, in particular Comp&Ben. You will also work closely with the Deputy HR Director in charge of HR transformation in the field, and the HR teams in charge of operations, pool and career management, recruitment and personnel administration.

Profil

  • Education: 5 years of higher education or equivalent. Master’s level (in Human Resources, Economics/Management, Project Management, Change Management)
  • Professional experience with an international NGO in a position with a strong HR/compensation component for national and international staff is required – minimum 3 years.
  • Strong experience in managing complex projects and leading change is required.

Languages: Fluent in English (B2 level). French is a plus.

Status: 12-month fixed-term contract starting on 1st March 2023.

Salery: 48.5 K € gross per year over 13 months.
22 days of RTT per year. Supplementary health insurance covered at 100% by Médecins Sans Frontières. Restaurant vouchers with a face value of €9 (60% paid by Médecins Sans Frontières). 50% of the cost of public transport tickets will be covered.
