The DCI training programme is characterised by a holistic approach: in addition to technical training, the teaching of relevant soft skills plays a major role in the professional success of our graduates. As a product owner for soft skills, you are responsible for the success and quality of our soft skills trainings as part of our courses. You define the goal and strategy for your area in line with our values and vision!

• You are responsible for the smooth running of the soft skills trainings in cooperation with our external service provider and their trainers.
• You are responsible for the strategic and operational optimisation of our soft skills product.
• You ensure that the content of our soft skills training is always aligned with current trends in the labour market and provide data-based insights.
• You are responsible for leading and scaling our soft skills team in collaboration with the product owners for language coaching and individual coaching sessions.
• You communicate across teams (e.g. to other product owners) to ensure that your learnings lead to improvements for the whole company.

Your Skills

• You have already gained 2-3 years of professional experience in fast-acting and result-oriented teams, ideally in an educational context.
• You have a background in project management, customer service, HR, recruiting, (job) coaching or similar, ideally you have already gained some leadership experience.
• You have great communication and negotiation skills and are fluent in written and spoken English and German.
• With your analytical approach you are able to make the right decisions and find new ways of doing things.
• You have a high level of enthusiasm and initiative and are willing to take on a lot of responsibility.
