For our pharmaceutical customer based in Berlin, we are looking for a
Project Manager Events (Pharma)
These Are Your Main Tasks
- Event support from inquiry to invoicing
- Ensuring customer requirements according to compliance requirements and SLAs
- Organizational implementation and follow-up of national and international events, including bookings of locations, hotels, restaurants, transport and transfers
- Contract negotiations and communication with suppliers and customers
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Meet deadlines and manage options
- Data maintenance and billing
- The accompaniment and support of the groups on site
Qualifications
Experience:
What You Should Bring With You
- Multi-year experience in the event sector, training or studies in the event sector desirable
- Pharma knowledge would be an advantage
- You like to take on personal responsibility, also of project calculations
- You are strong in ideas and are interested in the elaboration and preparation of offers for complex customer events and conferences
- Service-oriented and negotiation-oriented in conversation and communication with customers and suppliers
- Business fluent German and English
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package
