You are part of the solutions team and contribute to the prospecting and development of complete multi-product projects.

You work independently and have a high level of customer orientation and business vision.

You have a high degree of interlocution with multidisciplinary and international teams.


  • Elaboration and development of complete solutions for medium-voltage grids for engineering offices as well as for end customers and grid operators
  • Independent technical preparation and clarification of customer enquiries, as well as preparation of calculations and quotations
  • Customer acquisition and offer follow-up together with the responsible regional sales colleagues
  • Order clarification, creation and processing with the various international business units
  • Management of projects and project teams across plants and countries
  • Management and supervision of protection tests and communication connections of MV systems to telecontrol equipment
  • Management of installation and commissioning services in collaboration with colleagues from the company’s specialist areas and external service providers
  • Monitoring and analysing project costs and preparing post-calculations
  • After-sales service support in collaboration with the service department
  • Product presentations and training both internally and externally


  • Completed studies, e.g. in electrical engineering or comparable training as a technician or master electrician
  • Several years of proven experience as a project manager
  • Advanced knowledge of medium and low-voltage switchgear as well as energy distribution products and services
  • Experience in quotation and order processing with CRM and ERP systems
  • Desirable knowledge of protection and control technology as well as the use of corresponding network calculation software
  • Desirable experience with telecontrol and communication systems with corresponding communication protocols is an advantage
  • Business fluent written and spoken German and specialised English skills
  • Willingness to travel desirable Living near by Stuttgart
