As Project Manager, you will take on full accountability for successful management and delivery of end to end projects – including initiation and planning, execution, controlling, communicating and closure of projects using the relevant project governance. You must ensure that realistic project plans are created and validated using your available resources, maintained and delivered, with regular and accurate communication to internal stakeholders and our customers.

Other key responsibilities include adhering to Tradebyte’s delivery processes and governance, management of any change control procedure for projects, and that project deliverables are completed and signed off within agreed cost, timescales and resource allocation. You will work closely with other business areas to influence and outline deliverables, estimates and schedules.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven track record in project management, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a project delivery role
  • Solid experience leading and delivering enterprise and high-velocity projects within a commercial client facing environment
  • Ability to manage a number of projects concurrently, from initiation through to close
  • Resilience ability to identify and resolve ambiguity within projects under customer pressure
  • Eager to learn new skills and innovate for continuous improvement
  • Proven man-management and motivational skills; both written and verbal
  • Strong client management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills with high fluency in English
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequently shifting priorities

  • Approachable and able to communicate effectively at all levels, internally and externally

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for all project types within Tradebyte – these include new brand and retailer integrations, new integration opportunities for existing customers, channel expansions, change requests for existing customers, and internal projects set by Tradebyte Leadership Team to support business transformation
  • Outlining project deliverables using scoping documents and with relevant timescales
  • Adhere to Tradebyte’s core values to ensure our service and CSAT meets a high standard
  • Guide the customer in risk management and mitigation for the entire project plan
  • Create and execute accurate and clear plans that deliver the expected ROI that was agreed during the presales and project initiation process
  • Works with appropriate parties to plan project resource requirements if required
  • Follows, endorses and encourages continuous improvement towards Tradebyte’s delivery processes and governance
  • Ensures the project adheres to Tradebyte’s processes, methodologies and QA standards
  • Ensures supporting project documentation is in order and submitted in a timely manner
  • Owns and drives projects from initiation and planning to successful launch
  • Works closely with other internal business functions such as Added Services, Product & Tech and Service Delivery to deliver projects successfully
  • Ensure project teams are recording effort and assess project performance actively, and drive lessons learned with business stakeholders using end of project reporting
  • Manage engagements including interactions with customer project team and stakeholders
  • Manage project control including budget, timeline, defect management and scope change
  • Provides regular and high quality project communication, presentations and status reporting to stakeholders at all levels, internally and to customers
  • Manage successful delivery of key project milestones to ensure stakeholder sign-off
  • Works closely with Programme Management, using the relevant governance reporting
  • Must build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Must be able to work with and influence individuals not directly under their control
