Project Manager Logistics & Transfers (m/f/d), BCD Meetings & Events Germany

Fulltime, Office-based (Düsseldorf, Frankfurt a. M.) or Home Office or Remote, Germany

In this role you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will provide active travel consultation and will work in an international setup. This position is open to all travel consultants based in Germany looking for an opportunity to join a new team.

A SNAPSHOT OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• You will appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the client.
• Search and confirm travel reservations for the client while applying travel supplier rules.
• You will provide the client with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs and penalties.
• Expertly use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests.
• Perform follow-up as needed and within the time frame promised to the client.

How You Can Set Yourself Apart

• You have extensive professional experience in the corporate travel management industry.
• Your solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes help our clients every day.
• You bring advanced skills on travel industry systems Amadeus.
• Your demonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills let our clients know that they are in good hands.
• We would like someone with an excellent command of the German and English languages (verbally and in writing). Any additional European language would be of added value.
