The Content & Creative Studio team, a part of M&M, consists of award-winning creative specialists and idea partners, developing powerful communications and experiences to engage audiences and ultimately to deliver on External Relations ambitions and objectives. Using creative mediums such as visual design, video, stunts, campaigns and storytelling, the M&M team taps into the expertise and talents of colleagues across the organization.

Job Overview:
This exciting role will serve as a key focal point across the Content and Creative Studio, M&M and Fundraising teams. The Senior Project Manager will work across the global External Relations organization to ensure that processes are in place to plan significant campaigns and meet the department’s annual goals. The ideal candidate will possess significant project management expertise and deep emergency appeal and campaign knowledge to support the development and implementation of fundraising and donor engagement strategies.

Major Responsibilities:
Creative Development Project Management:
• Lead the management of creative asset and project requests from partners across External Relations and beyond, including Communications, Fundraising, Advocacy, Direct Mail, US Programs, President’s Office, and Ethics & Compliance
• Ensure all requests accurately go through the existing creative workflow, are properly scheduled and relevant partners are engaged proactively
• Lead and organize in-depth production needs for key stakeholders
• Work with creative leads and project team to complete requests on time and within budget

Maintain and optimize coordinated project management processes
• Review and continuously improve processes and integrate with creative workflows
• Engage and train partners on project management tools and processes
• Training and onboarding for current, and roll-out of future project management tools
• Lead on supporting the project management platform and ensure all partners are added and trained as needed

Operations Support
• Develop and maintain tools to support the Content & Creative Studio needs such as resource management, budget management and collections of new content
• Support the Content & Creative’s content planning efforts, including TORs, Airtable tracking and optimizing Workfront
• Working with Planning & Operations team to ensure key processes are updated and maintained and support on any necessary trainings, including emergency appeal trainings
• Provide emergency backfill support for emergency moments
• Ensure assigned vendor payments are handled in a comprehensive, timely and accurate manner

Key Working Relationships:
You will report to: Director, Planning and Operations in the Content & Creative Studio

Job Requirements:
• 3-4 years of professional experience, including 3 years of project management and coordination of successful communications and/or fundraising strategies and initiatives, or equivalent.
• Excellent project management, organizational, coordination and time-management skills.
• Experience running multiple projects with many partners in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think creatively to develop engagement strategies with maximum impact.
• Strong command of Microsoft suite, including MS Project.
• Premier oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to work successfully and deliver results – independently and interdependently.

Working Environment:
This role may require working remotely full- or part-time (i.e., telecommuting). Applicants must have a home or alternate workspace they can effectively complete their work from during regularly scheduled hours.

Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
