Business Area:
This exciting role sits in the Programme Management Office (PMO), delivering effective and efficient programmes and services to our clients, through Programme Management, Fund Management and Business Improvement. This role will contribute to Crown Agents’ success by delivering impact, profitable results, proactive risk management and contribution to growth.

The Project Manager – Business Transformation will work independently to help design, deliver and embed business changes / processes to support the implementation of our Finance System upgrade. This highly skilled and experienced Project Manager will work closely with key internal stakeholders across the business at all levels to identify required changes, the nature and level of change impact on the business, and will manage the change processes, ensuring business readiness and engagement so that programme objectives and business benefits are delivered and met. This role will report to the Principal Programme Manager – Change Management.
About you
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- A resilient and versatile Project Manager – Business Transformation with a solid background and experience of delivering business transformation projects on time, within scope and on budget.
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering multi facet projects with comprehensive understanding of Project Management methodologies.
- Proven experience of change management from a business perspective as opposed to change control within IT development.
- Strong stakeholder and communication management skills managing multiple stakeholders at all levels (different internal departments and external IT providers)
- Strong communication and negotiations skills to manage expectations.
- Act as a strategic driver and execute key activities within each integration phase, monitor, control the project work.
- Evaluate organisational readiness in advance of transition events and effectively define approach, tools and processes that will be used to successfully support transition events
- Manage planning, execution, separation, integration and organisational restructuring activities related to the Logistic, Procurement and Finance Operations.
- Develop a streamlined integration roadmap tailored to the organisation/departments
- Develop methods and tools to support integration activities, provide timely, relevant updates to varying audiences.
Qualifications:
- Graduate preferred but not essential.
- Professional Project Management Qualification preferred but not essential
