Our PM will be working with multiple teams of Digital HUB department in oil and gas Customer.

Overall amount of team members is around 20 people (across 3 teams).

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with team members and customers
• People management
• Reporting: internal within Company and for the Customer
• Hiring of new team members
• Working with Customer expectations

Skills

Must have

• Experience in leading several Scrum teams (2+) is a must
• Understanding of SDLC
• Excellent communication, expectations management, negotiation and facilitation skills
• Proactiveness and teamwork attitude

Nice to have

background of working in multi cultural teams would be a benefit
