Project Description
Our PM will be working with multiple teams of Digital HUB department in oil and gas Customer.
Overall amount of team members is around 20 people (across 3 teams).
Responsibilities
- Daily communication with team members and customers
- People management
- Reporting: internal within Company and for the Customer
- Hiring of new team members
- Working with Customer expectations
Skills
Must have
- Experience in leading several Scrum teams (2+) is a must
- Understanding of SDLC
- Excellent communication, expectations management, negotiation and facilitation skills
- Proactiveness and teamwork attitude
Nice to have
background of working in multi cultural teams would be a benefit
Languages
English: B2 Upper Intermediate
