Job Description

The Boeing Korea Engineering and Technology Center (BKETC) is seeking a high-potential Project Management Specialist based in ASEM Tower, Samsung-Dong, Seoul.

You will assist and support preparation, coordination, and development of plans and provide data for management review and tracking performance to plan. Also, you will develop, coordinate and assess architecture of meeting contents, reports and leadership briefings. Moreover, you will collect, analyze, and report cost data and budget information, workforce needs, training requirements and facility needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collect, update, record and assemble data from multiple sources
  • Conduct research and assist with the evaluation of organizational issues
  • Provide data for management review and tracking performance to plan
  • Develop, coordinate and assess architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
  • Support to develop plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
  • Monitor and track execution of the plan and communicate status to all project participants
  • Support leadership in the strategic intent and directional focus of large facilitated meetings and events
  • Work with the team to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives
  • Facilitate planning and execution of socialization plan to relevant stakeholders
  • Plan and coordinate group-level facility needs and requirements
  • Collect, update, and analyze information on project status, accomplishments and look ahead items
  • Create reporting material, and effectively deliver information via various formats, platforms, and meetings
  • Support communication with external partners
  • Support RCMS (Real-time Cash Management System) data collection, input, management
  • Assist BKETC R&D manager and leadership team in report out for Korea in internal and external meetings on a monthly basis
  • Organize BKETC R&D regular communications and facilitate presentations for manager to present at leadership forums for R&D on a monthly / quarterly basis
  • Work based on instructions and assignments from team lead and/or manager

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated “roll up your sleeves” attitude with a strong drive for success and teamwork
  • Strong passion for developing high-quality product
  • Applicants must have enthusiasm and positive mind-set to learn new challenges and expand his/her skill sets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering etc
  • Experience in project management, business operation and administration
  • Evidence of skills in collaboration and excellent delivery to customers / stakeholders
