To expand our Project management department we are looking for a project management assistant/intern. Are you the one we are looking for?

The job

Your activities will include the collection and data-entry of orders from the Sales department. In addition, you are expected to support the project manager to keep track of the status of the orders, the status of production internally and with suppliers. You support to prepare the documents required for shipment of the goods and delivery to the warehouse. Thereby you will assist the project manager to timely reply to clients. It is not necessary to have a technical background. Our team will be happy to share their experience and are excited to teach you all you need to know of our products!

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a person with interest to develop her or himself in project management activities. Preferably a person with in addition the following qualities:

o You are communicative and able to work structured

o You are handy and a go-getter, without losing an eye for detail

o Pro-activity is in your DNA

o You master the English language in word and writing

o You are interested to work in a manufacturing environment

The person we are looking for is an EU Citizen or a person with a working permit established for working withing the European Union.

We are not looking for candidates located outside the EU.
