Primary Responsibilities
- Support the organization’s vision, strategy, priorities, and roadmap
- Partner with stakeholders to enable successful prioritization, development, delivery, and adoption of the program goals
- Work cross-functionally; provide explanations and interpretations within area of the program
- Delivers business case that clearly articulates short and long-term capability opportunity for the business; support messaging and tracking overall success
- Translate process improvement opportunities into effectively defined project plans
- Collects, analyze and interpret information to evaluate landscape against business strategies; uses to inform plans of current and future program maturity
- Review, create and/or maintain workflows to drive effectiveness
- Effectively communicate with leadership on roadblocks and potential project opportunities

Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university during the duration of the internship. Internships are not intended for graduating seniors.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Communication, Analytics, or related field
- Experience working with large data sets
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Understand and apply appropriate program management methodologies (e.g., Agile methodology, Waterfall, etc.), principles, practices and values
