Project management instructor

At GrowthCentralVC.com we’re hiring a Project Management Instructor’s to creat a curriculum for project management courses. Who can help create innovative lessons, plans and take responsibility to teach classes as well as provide guidance to students in your class. Additionally, you might also have professional obligations such as attending faculty meetings, working with e-learning specialists to creat test modules, or performing analyses for project-related learning. The ideal candidate for this position should have strong interpersonal skills, as you’ll be collaborating with other teachers.

1) Responsible for delivering the training plan to students.
2) Develop customized training plans to meet the needs of specific students.
3) Ensure the quality of training by collecting feedback from students and by continuously improving the ability and results of teaching.

4) Hold post-presentation for Q&A sessions.
5) Hold presentation on areas of your expertise to a live audience during the short-term training programs.

??????????? ??????????:
1) Considerably bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, business management, or a related fields.
2) A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
3) Experience communicating and working cross-functionally.
4) Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and learning principles.

3+ years of experience of project management.

1) Excellent presentation skill.
2) Approachable personality and foster connect with students.
3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4) Mentoring or Teaching skills.
5) Ability to speak loudly, clearly, concisely with proper gear.
6) Up to date knowledge and information about this field.

1) Work From Home
2) No work pressure (2-3 hours per week). This would involve taking doubt session.
