About SENED

SENED is an independent non-governmental and non-profit organization established in 2013 and registered in Turkey with the number 27-15-175. SENED was established by a group of humanitarian and social activists in responding to the Syrians suffer since 2011. SENED has become specialized in working with and supporting people with special needs since 2015 due to the realization of the tremendous tragedy that people with special needs live in Syria through periodic visits to their places.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of the project through field visits, archiving operations, preparation and receipt of necessary documents and their verification.
• Contribute to the preparation and implementation of procurement operations within the scope of implemented projects.

Key Activities/Tasks/Duties

• Preparing all PRs related to project activities.
• Ensure all required items and materials are purchased within the required conditions.
• Implement vendor selection processes and ensure that all organization rules and regulations are followed.
• Driving the project car in case of necessity to facilitate the implementation of the project
• Ensure all documents related to procurement cycles are complete and compliant to the organization’s procurement policy.
• Provide periodical reports on the accomplished tasks and activities.

Required Qualifications (Education/Languages/Work Experience):

Essential

• A minimum of one year of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced level in the Turkish language.
• Has valid Turkish driving license (Vehicles)

Desirable

• BA degree.
• Intermediate level in the English language.
• Verified experience in humanitarian work and principles.
