The Project Coordinator is a member of Enterprise Support Operations. This is an opportunity to support leadership and business flow enterprise wide in a variety of different departments.
As a successful candidate, you will:
- Support ESOP purchase requisitioning and ongoing invoice monitoring while maintaining logs
- Monitor purchase orders to ensure adequate funding.
- Support monthly chargeback process for team including pulling POS and Inventory reports and distributing to appropriate leaders
- Setup and maintain stipend data; Submit bi-weekly reports to Payroll.
- Oversee daily maintenance of group inboxes, BFS/Request intake; Route/file.
Your qualifications should include:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Experience may substitute for minimum education requirements).
- Two years of experience in business office and administrative analysis with skill at creating and utilizing tracking and controls systems.
Preferred training and experience:
- LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt training
