Your new role

  • Providing support and assisting the Project Manager.
  • Delegating tasks to team members.
  • Tracking and communicating project risks.
  • Organising and attending stakeholder meetings.
  • Actively seeking avenues to increase the projects profitability and reduce expenses where possible.
  • Preparing presentations to update Senior Management on the projects progress and be confident to showcase the projects value.
  • Ability to liaise with clients to determine the projects objectives.
  • Designing and controlling all project schedules from the beginning to completion.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise is paramount to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Exposure to handling finance queries efficiently and effectively.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Prince2 Foundation Certificate
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Teams, Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of operations
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
