- Providing support and assisting the Project Manager.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Tracking and communicating project risks.
- Organising and attending stakeholder meetings.
- Actively seeking avenues to increase the projects profitability and reduce expenses where possible.
- Preparing presentations to update Senior Management on the projects progress and be confident to showcase the projects value.
- Ability to liaise with clients to determine the projects objectives.
- Designing and controlling all project schedules from the beginning to completion.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise is paramount to ensure deadlines are met.
- Exposure to handling finance queries efficiently and effectively.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Prince2 Foundation Certificate
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Stakeholder Management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Teams, Powerpoint
- Knowledge of operations
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
