Position Overview

WATAN is Seeking a highly motivated individual who would be interested in joining us as Project Assistant to provide technical assistance and administrative support to the project team in multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistic support to project team in all project activities.
• Provide assistance and support in monitoring the achievement of project activities on behalf of the Project Manager.
• Support processes of project baselines and evaluation of the project.
• Ensure that project assets and inputs are managed within WATAN policies and guidelines.
• Support in correspondences such as emails and internal communication.
• Follow up with the project stakeholders for tasks progress, submission of reports and collect updated data.
• Organize project meetings and prepare the necessary materials including reports, presentations, agendas and other collateral meetings.
• Follow up on daily basis the implementation of plans and project activities.
• Monitor data and information to ensure matching the project indicators.
• Understand proposals and budget.
• Generate professional narrative reports

Qualifications

• Excellent command of the MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication & writing skills.
• Time-management skills.
• High level of organizing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, remote management, and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks efficiently,
• High level of flexibility to adapt to new environment, handle work load,
• High level of problem solving and decision-making skills
