Project Assistant

Overview of position

Assisting project manager in food baskets distribution activities.

Role objectives

• Assisting project manager in following up the implementation of project activities.

• Following up beneficiaries’ data registration.

• Following up printing Food rations distribution cards

• Following up Food rations cards distribution to the registered beneficiaries

• Following up projects’ complaints, address them as soon as possible, and send a report on each complaint.

• Provide support in reviewing all project reports including the monthly distribution report

Project reporting

This role reports to the Project Manager.

Key competencies

• At least two years experience in managing food projects.

• Proficiency in computer and office software skills.

• Effective communication skills.

• The ability to move and deal with staff and beneficiaries effectively.

Team management

This role has no team management responsibility.
