  Field Coordinator for ���������” project aiming to tackle sextortion in Bashiqa, Tobzawa, Bartella and Qaraqosh.
Sustainable Peace Foundation (SPF) is an Iraqi Non-governmental Organisation (NGO) striving to build and sustain peace through vertical and horizontal approaches and participatory methods; addressing root causes of tensions and conflicts challenging positive peace in Iraq. SPF strives to achieve this by working on the grassroots level to reinstate and strengthen the lost trust between Iraq���������s diverse ethno-religious communities; increase community resilience, empower and building the capacities of the very effected communities so they can mitigate and transform conflicts through dialogue and non-violent means.
SPF strives to achieve these objectives by working with vulnerable groups such as, youth, women and girls, people with special needs and IDPs through developing their capacities to take leadership roles and to actively participate in the peace and reconciliation processes; economically empower communities by offeringvocational trainings and providing them with livelihood means to ensure stability and a dignified living standard.
SPF also strives to engage local authority and security actors with the local communities through advocacy, roundtable dialogue sessions and developing local peace mechanisms and structures capable to acts as soundboards conveying their communities��������� needs and challenges. Another pillar of SPF���������s efforts is to support and capacitate Iraq���������s civil society for example, SPF provide the technical coordination and the secretariat of Nineveh Peace Forum, which it is a founder.������������
SPF also provides consultations for local and international NGOs on peacebuilding and social cohesion programming, such as: context analysis, needs assessments, actor and service mapping etc.
SPF���������s focuses on minority protection, but through its Do-no-Harm approach, which ensures that SPF programming and implementation creates cohesion instead of doing harm.
PROJECT SUMMARY������Empowering Hamdaniyya district and Bashiqa sub-district to stand up against, act and report sextortion; and capacitate the community police to receive, deal with and refer sextortion complaints; and collectively engage in result-based advocacy to legislate new laws to significantly reduce cases of sextortion in the targeted areas.
Duties/Assignments:
The Project Administrator���������s Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

Maintain timely, accurate & effective communication with all program staff and manage the programme requests;
Maintain & Update Cash Counts (DCC) daily and in an accurate manner;
Ensure that all financial transactions������are properly supported with relevant evidence and comply with the SPF���������s financial rules, procedure and policies;
Ensure proper process documentation of all financial transactions in compliance with HR, Procurement & Administration rules;
Oversee the project���������s cash management;
Ensure compliance with the organisational policy in regards advances for project
Ensure all supporting documentation are available with transactions before payment as per donor & organisational requirements;
Arrange timely fund disbursement to the program team;
Undertake other general finance duties as required to facilitate the smooth running of accounting and projects��������� finances;
Ensure the proper allocation of each expense to the corresponding cost centres;.
Prepare Wire transfer orders and ensure that they are properly documented with mandatory supports and are completed for approvals;
When using a Hawala making sure that all procedures and documents are in place for transparency and compliance;
Ensure payments are made in a timely manner for operational expenditure;
Facilitate disbursement of staff monthly payroll;
Facilitate Programme team by managing the cash distribution (participants��������� transportation & per diem) during programme���������s events;
Act as the project���������s focal contact to facilitate the programme���������s staff in their requests for program advliations & Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and keep direct collaboration with the Finance Manager for flow of timely funds;
Careful review of transactions then forward the scan documents to the Finance Manager for approvals;
Follow the internal controls of disbursement to staff advances, third parties/Vendor payments and returning the un-spend cash from programme staff���������s reconciliations and safeguard against loss/misuse;
Provide guidance to programme staff on best practices of accounting procedures, advance requests, reimbursements & Reconciliation forms;
Support the Finance Manager for data entries in QuickBooks when required;
Work closely with the Finance Manager and Executive Director to reconcile the DCC records with QB rec University degree in Accounting/Finance or Bachelor in Business Administration, mainly in accounting;
Three years��������� experience with national and/or international non-governmental organisations;
Proven������experience in bookkeeping������& accounts management skills;
Ability to prioritise������the tasks and demonstrated ability to manage cash;
A track record that demonstrates energy and creativity, and the ability to successfully prioritise, handling cash and managing competing priorities;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentation skills;
High level computer proficiency in MS Word and Excel;
Able to handle and guard confidential information sensitively and discretely;
Ability to remain calm under pressure;
