Programme Support Community Volunteer

The Programme Volunteer will support the Programme Unit’s work to operationalize support to refugees in Bulgaria, including through internal coordination with other UNHCR units and operational and implementing partner organization.

The volunteer will conduct the following activities:

• Provide administrative assistance and support in routine services and activities within Programme.

• Provide support to senior Programme and Operations staff to ensure partnership agreements are established in a timely manner, regularly monitored and reported on in compliance with established guidelines and procedures included in the framework for implementing with partners.

• Assist senior Programme, Operations and other UNHCR staff to ensure direct implementation of activities is carried out effectively by supporting regular monitoring, assisting with internal budget and implementation requirements.

• Contribute to monitoring activities implemented through partnerships and those under direct implementation in line with Programme Manual and programming instructions.

• Other duties as required.
