Main Responsibilities

Brooke is the world’s leading equine charity working across Africa, Asia and Central America helping to reduce the immediate suffering of the world’s most vulnerable horses, donkeys and mules and transform both their lives and the people in the communities we serve.

Reporting to the International Director of Fundraising, the Programme Manager will play a key role in supporting the development of programme governance, a project management approach for the directorate and the planning and delivery of strategic programmes and projects all linked to a new ambitious 5-year strategy.

The main purpose of this role is to support the delivery of the strategic operational planning, working directly with the teams across the organisation and interfacing with other organisational processes to ensure cohesion and alignment.

Skills and Experience required

With a relevant Project or Programme Management qualification and experience of managing large scale projects, you will bring an up-to-date and digital first mind-set and enjoy using your curiosity and rigour to be able to interpret data from different sources and formulate insights. If you have previously set up a PMO or similar framework all the better.
