About The Role

Tesco Maintenance are currently looking to recruit a Programme Coordinator. At Tesco, our stores and offices couldn’t function without the support of our Maintenance Team. As Programme Coordinator you will be working with the project teams, and other dependent projects and programmes to oversee and help manage timelines, risks, issues and processes.

You will be responsible for

  • Providing the expertise and passion to support and oversee the delivery of projects and programmes
  • Working with the project teams, and other dependent projects and programmes to oversee and help manage timelines, risks, issues, and processes
  • Develop and maintain one view and plans to improve visibility and show dependencies.
  • Create and update presentations for meetings and calls for all levels.
  • Be proactive in communicating and engaging effectively at all levels.
  • Arrange meetings and working sessions for projects and programmes.
  • Ensure standard ways of working and a consistent approach in delivering projects.
  • Ensure best practice to enable better delivery and management of projects.
  • Identify and raise issues with stakeholders and escalate if necessary.
  • Update milestone owners and key stakeholders of issues and important information.
  • Bring passion, insights and energy to the team, providing an alternative perspective.
  • Understand our business strategy informing our priorities and key deliverables.
  • Provide guidance on project priorities based on business requirements and capacity.
  • Align projects and help map resource and capacity across UK and TBS teams.
  • Identify where improvements can be made by analysing data, KPIs and insights.
  • Working with project and programme teams to deliver the team’s priorities.
  • Improve awareness and manage expectations through engagement and communication.
  • Hold other to account on following governance and assurance policies and processes
