Position: Programme Associate

Role: The Programme Associate brings a proven record of impact in programme management and supports our young and growing programmes by providing and managing data inputs, offering logistical support, maintaining partner communications, monitoring project implementation, and following up on recommendations. The Programme Associate will work closely with our Programme Team and assists in the creation of substantive knowledge by compiling and analysing information relevant to education and programme issues.

Location: Horgen, Switzerland
Employment: 80-100%

Key responsibilities:
• Provides effective support to programme and projects formulation and implementation
• Prepares programme-related presentations, analysis, reports, and budget support
• Provides support for grant reporting and management
• Facilitates knowledge building and knowledge sharing
• Support external meetings, events, project-related travels

Qualifications:
• Proven impact in any arena (e.g., corporate, nonprofit, government)
• Strong team orientation and ability to work independently
• Attention to detail and high work quality
• Excellent analytical and writing skills
• Bachelor’s degree plus minimum 6 years relevant experience, or Master’s degree plus minimum 3 years’ experience
• Fluent in German and English is essential, French is a plus.
• The candidate must hold a valid working permit for Switzerland.
