JOB PURPOSE:
The Programme and Partnership Coordinator is part of the Ukraine country team. Oxfam’s response ambition is to address the most urgent needs and build the resilience of the crisis affected population with a mixed operational modality including direct implementation, as well as support and complement the work of local partner organisations, aligned with Oxfam’s Humanitarian Approach.
The Programme and Partnership Coordinator will manage the technical programme team responsible for Oxfam’s humanitarian intervention in the assigned location (north or south)ensuring that the different sectorial programmes are complementary and joined-up. Working with the MEAL team, you are ensuring that programme quality is continuously monitored, documented and adjusted, and that highest quality is maintained throughout.
The role will ensure Oxfam’s strategic and operational engagement with all stakeholders in the specific location for operational and technical matters to shape and deliver a high quality response in line with the Ukraine country response plan.
