Position Description

Summary of Responsibilities:

Under the general direction of the Program Director, this person will provide, develop, and implement contracts with identified service providers. This person will work with fiscal and management staff regarding all aspects of the contracting process with service providers. This person will track and monitor the services provided. Duties are provided in accordance with all existing policies, procedures, and regulations and in accord with the mission and values of the company.

Essential Functions

This person will provide, develop, negotiate, and implement contracts with identified service providers. They will monitor the contracts to ensure compliance. This person will monitor the services being provided for fidelity. The person will hold monthly meetings with service providers to monitor the services being provided. They will check invoices to ensure proper billing by the provider. Will work with the fiscal and management team to determine contract provisions. They will track children, youth, and families in the appropriate services. This person will be responsible for entering and tracking service authorizations in CAPS. Will perform caseworker or supervisor responsibilities, if necessary, and be certified to do so; After-hours work may be necessary: other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience

Preferred one year of experience as a Social Worker 2; and a master’s degree in social work or social welfare; or Three years of professional social work experience, including one year in a consultative, administrative, advisory, or lead work capacity; or a master’s degree in social work or social welfare; or a bachelor’s degree in human services field with experience may be considered.

Employment Requirements

Automobile and Valid Insurance, Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License and Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Check, Act 33 and Act 34 Clearances, FBI Fingerprint Clearance, Social Security Card, Immigration and Naturalization (I-9), Drug Screening Clearance

Working Conditions

Predominately in-office work within an open environment. Travel throughout the assigned region may occur and may be in adverse weather conditions. Must be able to lift to 15 pounds.
