Wahana Visi Indonesia is a Christian relief, development and advocacy organization that works to bring a sustainable change to the well-being of children, families and communities living in poverty. Wahana Visi Indonesia dedicates itself to serve the most vulnerable children and communities regardless of religion, race, ethnicity and gender. Wahana Visi Indonesia is a trusted partner of World Vision International. Wahana Visi Indonesia has its National Office located in Tangerang Selatan City of the Banten Province, and 5 Zonal Offices across Indonesia. Its long-term development work is implemented through 31 Area Programmes covering 65 Districts/Cities in 15 Provinces of Indonesia. It employs

approximately 600 staff of whom 400 work in Programmes. With its current strategy, Wahana Visi Indonesia aims to contribute to improving the well-being and rights of 7.5 million most vulnerable girls and boys by 2025 by reducing the root causes of vulnerability in Indonesia. Wahana Visi Indonesia implements programmes that encompass key sectors including Child Protection; Health and Nutrition; Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene; Livelihood; Education; and Disaster Risk Management. Wahana Visi Indonesia is also actively engaged in I/NGO networks, forums and consortiums in the areas of Advocacy, Child Protection, Health, Community Empowerment and Disaster Management.

Purpose Of Position

Provide strategic leadership and technical support to ensure the highest quality and innovative program design, monitoring, evaluation and accountability mechanisms are in place to demonstrate the professional achievement WV Indonesia’s strategic CWB and rights objectives across all ministries. This includes the effective leadership and management of the program quality and accountability team and its integration with the ministry and operational teams

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree from an accredited university in Development Studies, Development, Administration, Political Science, Program Evaluation is an advantage, or Bachelor Degree from closely related to inter-disciplinary majors;
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in development works include min. 3 years experience at managerial level.
  • Demonstrated innovation and success in DME (Design Monitoring Evaluation) is preferable.
  • Strong in project management & analytical skills.
  • Have TD Policy/Frame-understanding and application to national level program strategies.
  • Fluent in English is a must (oral and writing) with min. TOEFL score: 500.
