Location: Gaziantep

Job Purpose:

To supervise the implementation of the project’s activities, communicate with stakeholders, and supply the required logistical materials.

Key Responsibilities

– Support in the start-up of the project activities through conducting stakeholder mapping and building relationships, supporting in assessments, and assisting in the identification and recruitment of staff.

– Periodic and regular attendance of relevant clusters..

– Providing administrative support to the project team..

– Support in organization management of program files and resources.

– Support the team in the development of concept notes, proposals, and donor reporting.

– Follow-up of the project’s operations with regard to recruitment and procurement.

– Follow-up of the project’s operations with regard to recruitment and procurement.

Qualification (Education/Work Experience):

    • A university or institute degree
      – At least two years of experience in humanitarian non-governmental organizations and at least one year in implementing projects in Turkey.
      – Advanced level in Turkish and English.

Strong conceptual and practical understanding of the role and purpose of M&E and accountability for humanitarian organizations

Strong written and verbal communications skills required in English

Strong capacity for M&E analysis and research

Demonstrated capability to produce high-quality monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning reports

Ability to use MS Office programs, particularly Excel (advanced skills are an asset)

Knowledge of KoBo, GIS, and Power BI is considered an asset

English language required; Arabic and/or Turkish desirable;

Good organizational skills, time management skills, and an ability to prioritize multiple and demanding tasks

Adaptable, self-motivated, and willing to learn and take on extra duties as required.
