**Job Overview:**The IRC headquarters Resettlement Team oversees the implementation and quality of services for refugees within their early resettlement period. The team supports IRC local office staff in implementing high quality programs by providing technical assistance, training and monitoring. The Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) funds the Matching Grant (MG) grant program, which provides early employment services, and the Preferred Communities (PC) grant, which provides additional case management services to especially vulnerable individuals. The Program Manager’s primary responsibilities focus on tracking direct assistance, data integrity, program quality, logistical, and information management tasks. The Program Manager for ORR Programs sits within the IRC headquarters Resettlement Team and reports to the Senior Program Officer for MG and works closely with the Senior Program Officer for ICM.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Act as subject matter expert on organizational software such as the Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) database, Immigration and Refugee Information System (IRIS) and Integra, finance and procurement system.
  • Promote ORR program quality by ensuring data integrity in ETO, IRIS and Integra.
  • Liaise regularly with Integra and ETO to ensure finance data sync issues are addressed timely.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of client direct assistance spending and distribution.
  • Support in the approval and processing of direct assistance requests that require HQ review and approval.
  • Support proposal development and report writing by gathering data from local offices, synthesizing it, drafting and editing annual proposal materials.
  • Support with remote client case file review or desk monitoring review.
  • Generate, manage and share information and guidance on MG and PC through the Resettlement Newsletter.
  • Analyze direct assistance trends among MG and PC recipients.
  • Perform various administration functions such as remote and on-site training logistics, reimbursement requests, new vendor forms etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Two years non-profit experience, preferably with knowledge of US Refugee Resettlement Programs
  • Database proficiency and command of data tracking and quality assurance
  • Demonstrated command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Preferred experience & skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as, an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communications.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; proven ability to prioritize and deliver on time.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a dynamic, cross-functional global team structure.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with Immigration & Refugee Information System (IRIS) and Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) program management or similar data systems preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage and work through change in a proactive and positive manner.

Working Environment:**

  • Standard office working environment.
  • Up to 20% of domestic travel as needed.
  • This role may require working remotely full or part time and part time remote employees may be required to share workspace.
