Do you have passion for customer experience, working in international and cross-functional teams, and are comfortable working with data? Then join the Amazon Cross-Site Marketing team as Program Manager Homepage & Content Quality in part time (20-29 hours).

In this role, you will manage the customer experience of the Amazon.de Homepage, working with international teams to improve the quality and relevance of our content, and to launch new and engaging features. You will own strategic and time-critical campaigns and support the execution of Amazon’s major deal events.

This position is located in Munich.

Key job responsibilities

Main Responsibilities For This Role Will Include

  • Develop mechanisms to improve the content quality of manual marketing content across the EU
  • Work with partner teams in the EU to define a data-driven content strategy
  • Define a roadmap to improve English website experience on Amazon.de
  • Partner with our Insights teams to identify opportunities to improve Amazon’s onsite shopping experience for customers
  • Conduct A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of new programs and products on the Amazon homepage
  • Support the execution of seasonal and deal events on the Amazon.de Homepage

About The Team

You will be joining the X-Site team, we are the central owner of the cross-site CX on the Amazon.de website. Our team owns the Amazon Homepage, promotion of our key events, such as Prime Day, and initiatives to improve the customer experience across the funnel.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience
  • High computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in German and English
  • Proven project management skills
  • Ability to handle data and numbers effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in online marketing, content management, or user experience
  • Experience with A/B or multivariate testing
  • SQL knowledge
  • Experienced in working across functional teams
  • Ability to innovate and solve problems, comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
