At Spectrum Community Services we are looking for a Program Manager that will create and foster a positive and supportive atmosphere of teamwork where all members and customers are valued. As program manager, you will teach direct support staff both by example and as outlined in our customers individual Person Centered Plan, while also promoting smooth operations of our home. Our new program manager will be key in managing opportunities for improvement and actively participate, lead, and support in implementation of turning our opportunities into successes.
Are you ready to step into your career? Here is what you need:
- At least 18 years old
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated ability in communication and leadership
- Experience tracking details and managing multiple priorities and task
- Three (3) references deemed acceptable to Spectrum
