Overview of position

In operation since 2006, today we are honoured to serve clients in 15 fragile and conflict-affected states assisting with disaster relief, peace building, humanitarian aid and development programmes through our specialised recruitment, HR management and operational services.

Role objectives

Work closely with the client partners & stakeholders in different project activities related to general food assistance, nutrition, school feeding & livelihoods as per agreed work plan for the month that may have the following aspects:

• Participate in beneficiary selection committees, verification process, community consultation.
• Conduct monthly follow up meeting with partners on ground on the issues & monitoring findings as prioritized by the client.
• Regular & active presence at the CP level to check on the registration process, warehouse condition & FOP compliance with the client minimum standards if ongoing.
• Conduct meetings with stakeholders on behalf of the client as & when required.
• Conduct commodity inventory at the CPs warehouses when requested.
• Follow up on project implementation or delivery of assistance.
• Provide written input & reporting such as working group reports, general observations, recommendations & minutes of meetings.
• Visit contracted retailers as & when needed for various follow ups.
• Conduct FGD with the client’s beneficiaries at FDPs & other areas of operation on behalf of the client as & when required & according to the client internal guidance on how to conduct FGDs with beneficiaries.
• Conduct rapid food security assessment & market assessments under the client guidance when required.
• Follow up with budget implementation at CP level in addition to verification of invoices / budget expenditures.
• Any other job as per needed.

This role will work closely with the client partners & stakeholders.
