Stevenage (With Hybrid Working)

At the IET, making our world a better place starts by creating a better place for our people.

At the IET you’ll have more than just a job. Our work is exciting and challenging, connecting the people who solve the problems that matter. It means working with us has real meaning and impact, and you’ll grow – professionally and personally – in ways you never thought possible.

We’re also making significant investments in our people, including providing a modern, vibrant workplace and embracing hybrid working.

What you’ll be doing

As the Professional Registration Engagement Co-Ordinator, you will be supporting the development needs of Members planning to achieve professional registration.

You’ll work collaboratively with the Accredited Employer scheme coordinators and others, to ensure joined up preparation and processing of professional registration applications from individual cohort and other sources. Cross-team collaboration is essential across the directorate.

What we hope you can bring to the role

You’ll have previous experience in customer facing roles that have incorporated high end support in a membership organisation. You’ll have excellent presentation skills with practice of running webinars/in-person sessions. You will be highly organised with a proactive approach to the role – working on own initiative is essential and you’ll be competent in setting and managing tight deadlines.

We’d love to get to know you

Is Imposter syndrome creeping in? Don’t worry – we’d rather hear from you this time than not hear from you at all!
