- Document current business processes and assist in identifying best practices and process improvements
- Facilitate business/application related requirements discussions
- Document stakeholder input in defined deliverables
- Identify and escalate issues
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
- Performing user acceptance testing
- Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
- This position reports to the Senior Business Consultant. Must be able to organize and manage simultaneous tasks in a busy, challenging project environment
