Do you believe that clinical decision support tools based on evidence can make a difference?If the answer is yes, we look forward to working with you on shaping the future of medical care.Elsevier Middle East is looking for a Product Sales Manager who will play an important role to sell Clinical Decision Support (CDS) solutions to health care providers.The Product Sales Manager (PSM) reports to the Head of Clinical Decision Support – MEA. The PSM supports the mission and vision of Elsevier Clinical Solutions combining clinical, computer, and information science as they relate to the efficient and safe delivery of patient and family centred care that is compassionate, evidence-based and of the highest quality.The Product Sales Manager is primarily responsible for :���Reaching the CDS sales target in his/her region – Saudi Arabia��� Manage and advance the pipeline of opportunities through pre-sales and sales activities such as speaking to and demonstrating the solutions to customers.��� Derive enhancement of CDS position and portfolio penetration through new & migration wins, accurate forecasting and feedback on Product enhancements.���Engage/drive technical and sales discussions/meetings with the EMR vendor s sales and technical teams.��� Work closely with the MEA Account Managers to achieve the team s CDS target��� Support MEA team in trade shows/exhibitions/forumsKey Competencies:��� Ability to work collaboratively and independently to meet deadlines and targets��� Strong customer relationship and partnership skills��� Professional and trust-worthy presence��� Ability to multi-task in a highly innovative work environment��� Displays strong initiative and can establish personal goals and take responsibility for meeting them within defined timelines��� Ability to present to high level customers��� Ability to work in a global matrix organisation��� Ability to obtain new skills and technologies��� Team playerGeneral Knowledge and Technical Skills :��� Sales experience��� Salesforce knowledge is an advantage��� EMR Informatics and workflow knowledge is an advantage��� Excellent English writing and communication skills��� Arabic language is an advantage��� Proficiency with MS OfficeRequired Education and Experience:��� Bachelor s degree in science and/or technology, Clinician, other health professional or Informatics background��� 5 years or more of Sales or clinical informatics Sales experience preferred��� Minimum 2 years or more working experience in the MEA��� Prior experience with HIT/EMR vendors and/or CDS solutions an assetFor more information about Elsevier Clinical Solutions: https://www.elsevier.com/clinical-solutionsElsevier is a global information analytics company that helps institutions and professionals progress science, advance healthcare and improve performance for the benefit of humanity.We help researchers make new discoveries, collaborate with their colleagues, and give them the knowledge they need to find funding.
