Job Description
As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for our mobile banking offering, including the delivery and implementation of exciting new propositions.
You will work closely with business partners (internal and external) to understand goals, objectives, and ensure our mobile channel add significant value to both the business and clients.
You will provide leadership to the cross-functional delivery team responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of product priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components of our mobile app/technology.
You are a positive and enthusiastic champion for the mobile domain agenda, always ensuring that what is delivered meets the needs of the business and clients we serve.
- Work in partnership within a multi-disciplinary team to manage the entire mobile product lifecycle.
- Balance immediate business needs with future requirements, aligning product investments accordingly.
- Prioritize and evaluate work generated by the development team.
- Work closely with the development team for sprint planning, showcases, retrospectives, and other Agile meetings.
- Oversee the transition of the team to Agile.
- Identify and remove impediments to delivery success, supporting collaborative problem-solving and self-organization within the team.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Owner/Senior BA
- Multiple years of experience managing digital products and projects, ideally in an international environment
- Experience managing end-to end execution of complex programs that span multiple engineering teams through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time).
- Comprehensive understanding of agile delivery and practices
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging regulatory topics, technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the banking/technology space.
- Proficiency in English required, other languages are a plus.

- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
