We are looking for a Product Operations & Support Intern (f/m/d) to join our Global Consumer Product team and reinvent on-demand delivery with us. The Global Consumer Product team at Delivery Hero consists of smart and driven people from all around the world who work closely together with our entities worldwide to provide an amazing experience to our customers. We provide the consumer platform for brands like foodpanda, foodora, Dáme jídlo and mjam in 20 markets around the world. The Product Support & Implementations team within Product Operations is currently being established to support our local business teams around the world with questions or requests around our consumer product solutions and to coordinate a smooth roll-out of new product features.
Your Mission
- Develop a deep understanding of a part of our global consumer product offering
- Support a diverse range of Product Operations initiatives
- Support the local entities to troubleshoot, report and manage bugs/issues
- Support and help drive initiatives to improve our internal processes
Your Heroic Skills
- You have, ideally, a first practical experience in a related field (Operations, Product etc.)
- Understanding of software development processes and related tools (e.g. Jira)
- Strong interest in consumer-facing applications and a passion for breaking down complex problems
- Systematic, structured and detail-oriented mindset
- Good analytical skills, ideally including SQL
- Ceaseless hunger to learn new things every day
- You have the ability to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Good communication skills across a variety of channels
