Our staff solves dynamic, quickly evolving problems with our network of partners from tech companies, NGOs, and law enforcement agencies. If you can bring clarity to complexity and lightness to heavy issues, you could be an excellent fit for our team.

Our CEO took the stage at TED and shared our audacious goal of eliminating child sexual abuse material from the internet.

About The Role

As a Product Operations Manager, you will serve as a force multiplier for our product team to support us in achieving our goal of reducing the time it takes to identify victims.

In this role, you will partner with product management, product marketing, engineering, and user experience teams to provide actionable data, as well as scalable processes and documentation. Your work will directly help evangelize best practices to create data-informed strategies and increased transparency across the organization. Product Operations will be a critical role to help our teams scale by evangelizing and implementing the best data insights, tooling and processes across the organization.

What You’ll Do

Establish and maintain data standards, integrity, and definitions—and develop a communication standard for these metrics. Advise on, and where applicable, implement product tech stack to track product metrics and progress.
  • Evangelize and standardize the product release process: Develop and optimize a process for agile product releases to ensure product, engineering, marketing, and related teams are aligned and prepared for new deployments across multiple product teams within the organization.
  • Develop communication standards for product goals and metrics: Share new product updates, metrics, and goals with internal teams to build a collective understanding of where we are, where we are going, and why.
  • Streamline and facilitate weekly and quarterly product planning across multiple product teams within the organization: Ensure our product and engineering teams are progressing through their current work and backlogs to meet our product goals.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and document processes: Scale how we consume and apply knowledge by creating standards to solicit, distill, and distribute user feedback, new use cases, user stories, etc. Gain buy-in from leaders and stakeholders to implement processes and support change management of processes across the organization.
  • Support user feedback and troubleshooting: Manage user feedback and support inbox, identifying opportunities to scale and share themes with Product, Training and UX.
