Basic Function

The Product marketing and marketing intelligence assistant is responsible to support the AG Sales & Marketing team in driving sustainable sales, margin, and market share growth in the territory for Genuine CNHi Parts.

The successful individual will support management of a parts portfolio across a range of products covered by two agricultural brands (Case IH and New Holland).

Product Communication

  • Working with the Trade Marketing department, build and deliver the quarterly campaigns, digital campaigns, loyalty programs, channel animation and product communication strategy by channel (Sell-in/Sell-out).
  • Support the communication team to maintain any platform and existing tools providing product information to customers and ultimately end-customers to promote and raise brand and product awareness.

Product pricing and marketing intelligence

  • Support price repositioning strategy and the implementation of promotional programme based on competitor pricing analysis and benchmarking.
  • Analyse the sales trend by product family to understand the seasonality of each line and implement the most relevant promotional plan accordingly.
  • Track product price queries and share relevant pricing repositioning news via the relevant communication channels.

Product Promotion/animation

  • In collaboration with the Marketing Team lead the conception of annual and tactical promotional programmes adapted by target.
  • Analyse regularly product line sales and promotion/sales actions results to identify issues/opportunities and propose action plan accordingly.

Product placement

  • Work closely with the Marketing manager and Sales Team to understand and resolve product related issues or opportunities arising in the dealer network.
  • Supervise day to day product support to the dealer network and daily management of product queries from the market.
  • Work closely with the Central Product Marketing team to adapt and improve the Product Strategy at local level.

Job requirements and qualifications

  • Degree requirements: Marketing or Business administration undergraduate.
  • Solutions oriented person and able to work proactively with a good degree of autonomy.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Organised and structured.
  • Motivated by a challenge with a can do attitude.
  • Great communicator with strong team ethic.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel use required and proficiency with Microsoft office suite.
  • Fluency in English.
