Product Manager (UAE)

You will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Life Cycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product roadmap, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing & support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Also support the company s overall strategy and goals.Responsibilities��� Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.��� Gather, manage, and prioritizes market/customer requirements.��� Act as the customers advocate articulating the user s needs.��� Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.��� Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products.��� Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.��� Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.��� Assesses product market data by calling on customers with field salespeople and evaluating sales call results.��� Manage from concept, to design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and finally product end of life To set the long-term vision and strategiesQualifications��� 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.��� Demonstrable skills in various aspects of Product Management, including: Understanding the Customer, product development, requirements analysis; pricing; planning and execution; segmentation and funnels; competitive analysis.��� Financial/Cost planning and strategy.��� Technical product knowledge or specific domain expertise.��� Experience working in an Agile development environment.��� Familiarity with SQLCore Competencies��� Planning and execution.��� Thought leadership.��� User Empathy.��� Problem solving.��� Ownership and drive.
