Product Manager

As Senior Product Manager, you will create products that delight our customers and drive business impact.  You are adept at leading cross-functional teams to execute on a product vision in a high growth business.  You help drive our overall Fulfillment strategy and work with senior leadership to ensure we meet our overall business goals.  This organization works on LEAN methodologies and strong understanding and experience working in Agile.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and products
• Work with customer research, analytics, and competitive intelligence teams to develop a strong outside-in perspective and identify the biggest areas of opportunity
• Use usability studies, research, and data analysis to produce product requirements to improve productivity & product satisfaction. Define product requirements for MVPs and new features/enhancements
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
• Drive innovation, definition, deliverables planning, and design of new products
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement solutions
• Define and analyze product metrics to inform decision-making and measuring success
• Work through Power BI and Analytics reports to parse out details to build satisfying customer experience

Requirements:

• 4+ years of B2C product management experience focusing on web and mobile
• Self-starter with a bias toward action and a proven record of accomplishment of results
• Strategic, creative, and analytical. You know how to prioritize to drive impact!
• Experience with A/B testing Methodologies
• Know how to delight customers and how to use data to know if you did
• Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Prior startup experience necessary
• International experience a plus
