To help us continue to grow our offerings, we’re in search of an experienced product marketing manager to lead our multi-disciplinary solutions in one of the packaging industry segments.

As an ideal candidate, You’re a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize and prioritize the different market/customer needs. you will know how to define the product requirements and convey the product message and position to the different stakeholders, and will guide the different cross functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve customer efficiency and drive Highcon growth

Reporting to – Head of product

Works closely with – R&D, Sales, and Customer success teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead one of Highcon market segments
  • Analyze data regarding industry trends and market requirement, for current and future products by conducting market research, interactions with customers, partners and experts – and document it for different stakeholders to use
  • Work closely with cross functional teams including R&D system engineers, engineering, integration and customer success as part of the product life cycle
  1. Manage prioritization
  2. Monitor requirement compliance matrix and escalate gaps as needed
  3. Provide PLC deliverables (MRD/PRD/Sales training etc.)
  • Manage product/features roll outs/launches
  • Provide segment competition landscape analysis
  • Develop and support sales tools development (PPTs, Videos, brochures etc.)
  • Support marketing activities (Demos, exhibitions, training)
  • Address new market segment opportunities
  • directly interact with sales customers and prospects

Qualifications

  • B.Sc./BA in relevant fields or relevant technical knowledge; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in product development product management of multidisciplinary products as a product manager – must
  • Experience with customer-facing – must
  • Analytics – Able to analyze data sets in Excelother methods and provide summarized results
  • Problem solver & creative thinker
  • Excellent social skills – ability to drive team performance in a matrix environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
