Product Manager

We are looking for a highly talented Product Manager – Discovery to join our team in Dubai. As a Product Manager you will own the Discovery domain by building, and maintaining a good discovery platform for new/existing users. You will be the driving force behind our strategic product offerings for restaurant discovery from product definition to development, launch, and iteration of Ranking algorithms, along with sorting, filter features that contribute with Discovery objectives

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Help to develop and maintain product strategy for Discovery by designing & implementing features to drive engagement & retention within our customer base.
• Translate product strategy into detailed roadmap of Epics/User stories on Jira.
• Partner with Product Analytics and Data teams to build a strong foundation for experimentation and data-driven decisions.
• Build, edit, and maintain product backlog with support from internal teams and stakeholders.
• Continuously improve process and workflow with cross-functional teams through project retrospectives, ensuring the product vision can be delivered within defined time and budget parameters.
• Build and define the user experience, workflow, wire frames & initial UI. Work with great designers to create impressive designs.
• Set KPIs and roadmaps to move the needle working closely with ops teams, design, and engineering.
• Manage product execution to deliver quality products, writing specs, running A/B tests, interviewing users, and ensuring product performance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of product management experience
• Experience of creating a product strategy and driving a product roadmap
• Experience in end to end product delivery
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology strategy related to a product.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
