We are looking for a passionate hands-on Product Manager to make a real impact in our small but expanding product team, based in Tel Aviv (working in Hybrid model). This is a cross-functional role with impact across all departments.

You will have the opportunity to take part in a disruptive product that leverages cutting-edge technologies while working in an agile development lifecycle. You will join a highly technical and savvy group of doers who are building tomorrow’s technologies. You are expected to be a subject matter expert and a strong team player with innovative thinking and the ability to ramp up on new technologies, patterns, and frameworks.

What You’ll Do

  • Participate in early-stage discussions of business ideas, provide a helping hand and technical expertise but also reasonably critique the ideas coming from Business staff
  • Plan and deploy the product lifecycle from idea and proof of concept, through requirements, design, development and v alidation
  • Decompose new functionality ideas in form of product requirements into a set of technical requirements and drive it to the moment of successful production use by satisfied customers
  • Facilitate communication throughout the development process inside LinearB, collaborate with designers, engineers, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional stakeholders to build, train, and ship high-quality products
  • Perform ongoing analysis and research of customer requests, competitor capabilities, and industry trends to define the next product capabilities

  • Define and analyze product’s usage and stickiness metrics that inform the success of products and features
  • Partner with key stakeholders and business leaders across LinearB, including Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Engineering–don’t just take their requirements and execute, but instead focus on helping them solve their business problems
  • Have a direct impact and meaningful contribution in a fast-growing organization

Qualifications

  • 5+ years background working as a Software Developer, a must
  • 1+ years of experience in Product Management or Project Management
  • Outstanding personal & communication skills
  • Ability to design and ship products with customer empathy
  • Ability to articulate and simplify complex ideas and customer requirements clearly
  • Ability to make decisions independently and/or as part of a team
  • Strong self-learning and analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders – R&D, UX/UI, Sales, Marketing, etc..
  • Experience with product-life-cycle management in an agile environment
  • End-to-end ownership and Independence. “Can Do” attitude and ability to prioritize and solve problems
  • Last but not least, you have a good sense of humor!

Advantage

  • Background in cloud technologies and ecosystem
  • Background includes using modern tools for CI/CD and workflows (Pull Requests)
  • Familiarity with developer tools and their ecosystem
  • Contribution or activity in Open Source Software projects
  • Background working in a startup company preferred
