Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is actively recruiting an associate to join the Product Liability & Mass Torts practice group in our client’s Philadelphia office.
Attorneys in the group represent leaders in a wide variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, medical device, food, agribusiness, and automotive.
Our ideal candidate will have two to four years of litigation experience, including substantive brief writing experience. Product liability experience, a medical background, mass tort and/or trial experience is a plus. Experience in the Philadelphia County Common Court of Pleas and other Pennsylvania state courts is also a plus. Pennsylvania bar admission is required.
