DIGITAL PRODUCT INTERN 6 months contract

Webloyalty is looking for a dynamic Digital Product Intern to join our dedicated team in our Head Quarter in Nyon.

The Digital Product Intern will not only learn but as well support the product team to manage the portfolio of Webloyalty shopping and leisure programmes in different markets and enhancing the engagement with their members.

Digital Product Intern role is diverse. This role would suit someone who is looking to actively enhance their existing skill set and is open to learn new ones.

The primary objective will be for you to learn how to support and manage effectively a range of digital products to engage members in different markets, whilst getting to understand the business needs. You will learn how to:

  • Support applying the product roadmap defined for each product and market.
  • Use internal KPIs and market data, manage existing products, and identify ways to enhance those products based on industry best practices, public perception and business goals.
  • Assist with the development of new projects from its inception to its launch.
  • Liaise with multicultural cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure delivery.
  • Support with customer experiences initiatives that will maximize conversion, usage & increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate on A/B testing strategy to optimize opportunities to improve customer experience and business results.
  • Collaborate with IT to work closely with Front End Developers and User Testing/QA support to ensure the new experiences are delivered in partnership with speed and quality.
  • Provide definition and specification of project scope & deliverables.

Daily operational workload

  • Audit product website
  • Collaborate on UAT
  • Support investigating production issues and identify probable causes, as well as coordinate the activities and resources necessary to implement the resolution.
  • Manage product content via CMS.
  • Write website and emailing content.
  • Identify possible impacts of other business units’ initiatives.
  • Benchmark to ensure the quality and competitiveness of the product.
  • Update product materials and documentation.
  • Ensure country legal requirements are applied.

Education

  • Currently in training at a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing level desirable.

Professional Qualification

  • Ideally a first professional experience

Skills / Experience

  • Fluent in both oral and written English et French, other European languages will be a plus
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, CMS, emailing tool would be amazing
  • Good Excel skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to see the small and the big picture
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent soft skills required
  • Exceptional attention to detail
