Here’s where you come in:

As the Product Development Advisor – Asia and LAC, you will work with designated National Resource Development offices (NRDs) in World Vision’s Asia and Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) regions to leverage and adapt existing global best practice fundraising products to develop domestic marketing fundraising products. You will lead the development of transferable processes, and tools to facilitate this global-to-domestic product adaption across the Asia and LAC regions. You will support one or more (to be determined) offices to implement their domestic fundraising product, while ensure all offices have the tools needed to develop these products for their own domestic contexts.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, or another closely related field.
  • 5-7 years of marketing, fundraising, or product development experience.
  • 3+ years of fundraising product development experience.
  • Demonstrated success working in an international organization, and collaborating remotely in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to learn and use Jira®, the required project management platform used for the development of this product and tools. (Previous experience is not required, but the use of Jira®, is not negotiable).
  • Excellent written and verbal capacity in English.
  • Standard home-office role, some domestic and international travel is required.
