As the Product coordinator you will support the R&D leadership team in the continued delivery of our world-class software and our long-term drive for constant improvement of our global R&D team. You will be personally responsible for a number of key activities which are critical in achieving these goals.

You will coordinate launch activities across a number of individual teams, work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure standards are adhered to and you will play a key part in the overall employee experience for R&D team members.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate, or someone looking to start their career in a product driven role.

You will gain experience in the below but not limited to:

• Ensure smooth rollout of product launches by coordinating delivery activity across a variety of teams
• Work with the finance team to produce reports on the financial performance of products & teams
• Be the definitive, independent source of product & team performance data and communicate regularly with key business stakeholders
• Support the creation, collation and distribution of product launch documentation in-line with ISO and SDLC standards
• Work closely with our people team and managers to ensure world-class onboarding and induction of new hires into R&D
• Work closely with managers to ensure learning and skills development goals have a structured plan.
• Own headcount & budget reporting for the department
• Own the monthly creation of R&D reports for the main board
• Own and organise R&D team events
• Make recommendations on team, process and performance improvements based on data and observations
