Job Description
This position is a 10-week internship program that will start June 3rd through August 9th.
This will be a remote opportunity that be based anywhere in the United States. Must be legally authorized to work in the US. Employer will not sponsor position for employment visa status now or in the future (ex. H-1B)
The wage range for this position is $20- $24 dependent on skills and experience.
The Product Analytics team serves an important function to the SendTech Product Management group. An analyst provides custom or standard reporting for the broad array of products within the Digital and Shipping product portfolio.
- This role will be within the Product Management organization.
- Responsibilities will include providing custom and monthly reporting on product metrics and user behaviors to product managers within the Digital and Shipping team.
- As an analyst, the intern will be expected to learn about the products within the digital portfolio and to provide insights to improve user experience or product performance.
- Interns will be trained on Pendo and FullStory as part of their work.
- As part of their experience, interns will be assigned one or more independent projects to complete and present at the end of their internship.
Qualifications
- Familiarity and interest in user experience and user behavior research.
- Basic competencies in data analytics.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail oriented and capable of synthesizing data into insights.
- Willing to work independently with teams across time zones.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Business, etc.
