Procurement Manager

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our growing Operations team.

In this role you will be responsible for our global procurement and logistics operations, as well as strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers.

The Procurement Manager’s duty is to discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses, so that the company can invest in growth and people.

In this role you will work cross functionally with many of Optibus’ internal teams.

Your responsibilities include:

• Price negotiation with suppliers
• Managing purchase orders end-to-end.
• Reviewing existing contracts to ensure cost-effective management
• Forecasting operation and procurement needs
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors
• Managing of procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs
• Developing reports enabling tracking and evaluating procurement performance against set KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or any other relevant degree- a must
• 3-4 years of experience in indirect procurement activities in a high-tech company – a must
• Proven analytical skills and experience with cost optimization, negotiating with suppliers, reducing lead times, and ensuring quality.
• Strong Excel and other MS Office skills – a must
• Previous experience with NetSuite – advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to balance the priorities
• Strong attention to the details and accuracy
• Strong understanding of financial and operational controls
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hebrew).
